Possible Eagle Graveyard
« on: March 31, 2014, 02:20:27 PM »
I know a guy South of Kansas City that apparently has 6 or so Eagles sitting in a field. Gonna try to make it out there this afternoon. Will take pictures. Let me know if you need anything easily pulled and I'll try to grab it. PM me or text me today. 573-578-0005

I grabbed a broken Spirit grill, an 80 grill with on cracked slat, a set of Chrome sport mirrors, clear torn signals, a hood emblem, a headlight bezel, and 4 hub caps with 4x4 center caps.

Looks like a nice lot to pick from. But sounds like you didn't spy much worth grabbing.
If I'da known, (& if it would fit an sx) I might've hollered out on the rear Spirit Kammback bumper.

Oh I forgot, I grabbed three SX/4 rear side market lights.

And, yeah, the cars were pretty rough. Couple roof racks and some more mirrors. I think at least two hood pulls in good shape. Most of the cars were pretty packed with parts and some of the doors wouldn't open and were hard to get to.

Would appear I have some scouting to do... I need bumper rubber, signals, and exactly some of those oddball parts I see.

I think plenty of turn signal lenses. Most of the bumper caps and rubber ends weren't in very good shape.

I see a couple of those Eagles have rear wiper arms. I've read a couple of folks here are in need of one :eagle:
1984 Eagle Wagon, 258, auto, 2.73 gears, daily driver
1983 Eagle Limited Wagon, parts; sold
2000 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0, auto
2007 Hyundai Accent, radical downsize from minivan, wife's car and she loves it!

It may take a bit for Prafeston to get back here, he is currently "out of town".  ;)

I've contacted the owner of the property and he currently doesn't want anyone else calling him right now cause he doesn't have time to show people around.
