Saw this on craigslist and it looks to be a real beaut. 45000 miles on it or so they say and there are several pics to look at. Kinda seems too good to be true but might be worth a peek. They're asking $4000 and you can find it by going to the Flint, Michigan area link. If it's anything like it appears it would be a real shame for it to fall into the hands of the uninitiated!

Its OK to post CL links on the Den. We have a board just for those.

Surprised that someone has not jumped all over this one even thou is four thousand. Can't be many left in that kind of condition. Of course looking at pictures verses the real thing can be misleading but I believe it would sure be worth the time to check it out. If I thought no I better not even mention it. But honey it was so nice I just couldn't pass it up!

Pretty sure that one was sold on eBay a couple years ago for around 4500

I think it's calling your name rafe, although it looks like it could be in the same condition asTQ

I wish! I can't afford another Eagle at $4k! Perfect Kammback though. Love the color and the roof rack and the spoiler.

This car was listed on craigslist earlier this year ( I think) by the same owner.
-
If I wasn't already neck deep in a 4.0 swap on a busted SX/4 I'd probably jump all over this thing. Literally the perfect Kammback!!
-
Sorry about that, gang. For putting this in the wrong slot, that is. (note to self: read the instructions next time, eh?)

I have messaged with the seller a bit. I really hope this goes to a good home!
"The car is in great condition an is being driven currently. It is a 4 cylinder and full time 4 wheel drive. There aren't any issues that I know if. Little things have been repaired but nothing major. I am the second owner of the vehicle. The previous owner was my elderly uncle who lost his ability to drive. It's been garaged in Charlevoix, Mi for the past 14 years. It's been driven for the last year and drives great. I see no reason it wouldn't make it long distances.
Thank you for sending this on as it is a very unique vehicle.
Thanks-"
"It is a great vehicle. I need to be able to out a car seat in the back and it just isn't a great family car. The machanic shop told me it's the Iron Duke."

I thought I remembered seeing this car for sale some time ago and wondered what happened to it. Still think it would be a great buy for someone.Just wish it was a 258 with air and I would be on it like white on rice.Nothing wrong with the iron duke just my preference.

Since I'm already gonna have the 4.0 swapped SX/4 it would be a good second Eagle for me. Unfortunately I don't think the seller is interested in a trade for my current daily driver.

This looks like the Kammback that was for sale a few years ago, but I bought that one on Ebay for 4500. Mine is optioned out, this one is a little more basic, but still a great buy. I just bought a Kammback on Ebay for 550.00; it's totally rust free, but everything plastic is baked, shrunk, cracked, warped. The metallic paint burned off years ago, and was repainted badly. This would be a great car to get, but the upfront costs are high. It would end up being cheaper in the long run.

I've been in contact with him. Sure wish I could get it.
