Now it is time to replace that silicone repair...

First I had to cut rusted areas. This did take several hours! What a job!



Restored battery tray. It had some modifications made. Cut them away and soldered nut back to its original place.

Today it was a final countdown...

Putting all parts together. Package is ready to install...



Going in...



Before it looks like this, I had to remove righthand exhaust manifold and transmission oil tube (Jeep CJ version).



Cylinderhead hits firewall on drivers side near brake cylinder....

New engine mounts are too solid and transmission mount is too soft... So engine points to heaven... :censored:

I have been working with exhaust pipes for some time now. Dual pipes gives me some trouble... But little by little...



Here it takes some time to get all fit... this is the third version of it.



I have sandblasted and painted the fan and the visco coupling. Jeep air cleaner needs some job, because it hits the windscreen wiper motor...
