Eagle--Gremlin doors
« on: December 26, 2012, 07:34:57 PM »
Are the doors on an 82 SX4 the same size as say a gremlin/kammback? I am looking at rain guards (window channel type) that fit a gremlin (online) and cant quite tell if they would fit a SX4. The doors look about the same size but and inch could make or break the fit. Thanks for any help and opinions.

All long doors are the same metal components. They pushed the corner up before welding in the two door sedans, and they might have a slight difference in Kammbacks versus SX4s but its minor. The channels themselves are the same dimensions and the window glass is exactly the same. You should not have a problem. The differences are all too small to even see with the doors side by side.
