Kammback in car show, 10-15 years ago

My girlfriend's dad was showing me some pictures of a car show they went to locally, probably sometime in the late 90's-early 00's and there were two photos he took of a Kammback.  PA plates.  The scanner made it look more white, but it's a beige/cream paint job with brown flares.  This would have been around the Johnstown, PA area.

 That looks like one of Kammback from the nest. I can think of his name right now he did win the best Kammback a while back . He lives in PA and told me back a whlie that he put fuel injection and more.
