I have scanned, assembled and uploaded the manual included with the AMC/Jeep ET-501 CeC Fuel Feedback System Tester to the Internet Archive for online reference and offline downloading in PDF format.

The document can be accessed here: https://archive.org/details/amcet501instructionmanual/mode/2up

This document covers all components included in the test kit, how to operate the diagnostic tool and how to perform targeted tests on all electronic components of the system, even if you do not have the tester. In addition it includes diagrams for all variations of the CeC and associated flowcharting for individual component testing. These procedures supersede the existing Eaglepedia ECM test ( http://amceaglesden.com/guide/Diagnostic_ECM_Test ) which is a thinly veiled attempt to describe the (n)utter Bypass and is neither EPA compliant or OEM approved.

Edited: Additionally, because I have repeatedly found the tester being sold without the two diagnostic ROM modules (these are required or the tester will not work at all) I have dumped the 2732A EPROMs from both the 4 Cylinder and 6 Cylinder modules for reproduction should you not have your own but do have the chip and programmer to recreate one. The below linked bin files will create new ROMs that are compatible with every model year Eagle.
