Disc Brakes on Rear

Has anyone converted the rear brakes to disc? I have an 86 wagon. Is there a plug and play swap from a Cherokee?

There are several write ups on how to convert a Cherokee rear axle to disc brakes online, but not sure how easy it is to put a Cherokee axle on an Eagle, that's beyond my level of expertise.  This one also references a Liberty rear axle with disc brakes:

this is something that I plan to do eventually to my Eagle. I already have the Cherokee axel in mine and other than moving the shock mounts it was pretty much a direct bolt in.
