I saw this is McLean VA this morning driving between jobs.
Didn't have the time to go look it over. Sorry for the bad pic, camera on the phone is poor at best. Need to take the camera next time.

That's a '78 Concord.  It doesn't look too rusty from what I can see.  Definitely restorable, and I actually like that color.
