Title: Temp guage
Post by: charlie D on August 17, 2020, 08:34:27 AM
My temp guage goes to the beginning of the green zone and never any higher even in 100 degree heat with A/C on. Guessing the temp sensor is failed, but wonder if what I am seeing is "normal" for the Eagle?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Thats about where mine runs as well since I replaced the radiator.

I think mine could be the gauge itself. I replace the sensor, radiator, water pump, and hoses. Gage still reads high, so I installed a mechanical gauge as a secondary. Also found a radiator cap with a built in gauge. The accessory gauges match and read about where it should 190. The factory dash gauge reads at the red.

Thanks guys. Always good to hear from folks who have experience. Sounds like a non issue, so it is something I can leave alone!
